I had Paul come and replace the old amber-coloured glass from beside my front door. There were some unforeseen issues along the way (previous glass was installed incorrectly) making the job significantly more difficult for Paul but he persevered and managed replace the glass.
He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend Crystal Glass and Glazing and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Fantastic customer service from Paul. Quick to answer the phone and come to our house to provide a free quote. Genuine glazier who actually recommended we go with a different product (rather than replacing the entire window) so ended up saving us money. Just recently dealt with Paul and not only did he return my call and was prompt on pricing but also showed that he wanted to help to the point where he came himself to do the job when his team were busy doing other jobs. Paul was amazing, fast service, professional, well priced and just a nice guy. Came out very quickly on a Saturday morning and was done and dusted in less then an hour. I don’t want to go around braking glass to often but if I do I will be using Crystal Glass again if needed.
